The Burren Perfumery in Carron, County Clare, is offering a half‑day introduction to perfume making that lets participants explore the art of scent blending. Over a relaxed morning and early afternoon you’ll be guided through the basics of formulating fragrances, from learning about natural aromatic “scent families” to creating a personalised perfume under expert supervision. The workshop includes a coffee welcome, a tour of the perfumery’s rooms, and a light lunch in the on‑site organic tea rooms, giving plenty of time to consider the perfect name for your new scent.
Designed for anyone aged 16 and over, the session runs from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm on Sunday 15 November 2026. All materials are provided, and you leave with your own bottled perfume. Participants also receive a 10 % discount on any shop purchases made on the day.
