The National Gallery of Ireland will showcase J.M.W. Turner’s watercolours as part of the long‑standing Vaughan Bequest exhibition. Thirty‑one of the British master’s watercolours, bequeathed by collector Henry Vaughan, will be on view alongside a selection of etchings from his Liber Studiorum series, offering a rare glimpse of his early‑career print work.
Curated by Anne Hodge, the gallery’s Prints and Drawings specialist, the show continues a tradition that has run each January since 1901, attracting visitors from across Ireland and abroad.
